The Shryne driver stated the vehicle and occupants acted in a manner that made him feel he may be robbed or his personal safety could be at risk. Vallejo PD Deputy Chief Gomez arrived on scene and contacted the Shryne driver. Deputy Chief Gomez and Vallejo PD Officer Komoda conducted a traffic stop on the suspicious vehicle. No arrest was made at the time.
