On 2/09/23 at 4:14 PM, Shryne Group driver Nina Chee activated her Citadel mobile emergency FOB during a cannabis dispensary stop at 238 S Mission Rd, Los Angeles, CA 90033. Security dispatched Los Angeles Police Department to the activation location.
Citadel Fleet Safety Jim Rennie advised that Shryne Group driver Nina Chee activated her Citadel Escort FOB upon observing suspicious persons at her cannabis dispensary stop. Driver Chee witnessed two males walking around the parking lot of the dispensary business location. The suspicious persons were staring at driver Chee and she driver felt her personal safety could be at risk. Los Angeles PD Officer Smith arrived on scene and contacted driver Chee. Officer Smith cleared the males from the scene. Officer Smith walked the exterior of the dispensary business and property and remained with driver Chee while she unloaded her vehicle; for approximately 10 minutes. Shryne Group driver Chee was safe and able to complete her delivery duties.

On 10/23/23 2:00 PM, Shryne Group driver activated his Citadel mobile emergency FOB during a delivery stop at 3795 Sonoma Blvd, Vallejo, CA 94589. Security dispatched Vallejo Police Department to the activation location.
Citadel Fleet Safety Jim Rennie advised that Shryne Group driver activated his Citadel Escort FOB after observing a suspicious vehicle and occupants at his delivery stop. The Shryne driver stated the vehicle and occupants acted in a manner that made him feel he may be robbed or his personal safety could be at risk. Vallejo PD Deputy Chief Gomez arrived on scene and contacted the Shryne driver. Deputy Chief Gomez and Vallejo PD Officer Komoda conducted a traffic stop on the suspicious vehicle. No arrest was made at the time. Officer Komoda stated he was glad to see the Shryne driver had the Citadel mobile emergency technology to use during the course of his duties.
